Having Jennifer as my mentor has put my career completely on the fast track to success. I have been a mentor of Jennifer’s since early 2019 and I can attest that her methods and techniques work 100% when it comes to growing a curly clientele. My confidence in not only my techniques behind the chair but also general customer service and communication skills have done a complete 180. I have grown a booked and busy curly clientele in very minimal time all with the help of Jennifer's mentoring and skillset. Going into my mentorship I had little to no experience with growing my books or even hair in general and Jennifer helped me turn my dreams into a reality.

Before Jennifer the beginning of my career was at a stand still. I was new to the hair industry with a complete lack of guidance and experience and I did not know anything about having a clientele, let alone knowing how to create one. I always wanted to specialize in curly hair and when I found Jennifer it was a game changer! I went from lacking confidence in my abilities to being certified in curly hair cutting and extensions in less than 4 months! Jennifer has been a mentor to me for almost 4 years know. She has shown me the ropes in this industry fresh out of cosmetology school and has given me so much opportunity. When I thought about doing hair back as a student I never thought my career would look how it does. As a 22 year old hairstylist I have traveled multiple times a year with my salon, taught education around the country, taken 10+ continuing education courses and have built a clientele with people I love seeing every day. I truly owe a ton of my rapid success to the mentorship Jennifer has proved. Her dedication for greatness not only for herself but for everyone around her is admirable. I cannot say it enough, I truly have the best mentor ever and I can’t wait to see where else this journey takes us!!
